Inbound Sales Support

This position involves supporting our client's door-to-door sales reps by taking their calls, submitting orders for new/existing customers, taking payments for accounts/deposits, scheduling/rescheduling installation dates.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers / heavy data entry 
  • Challenged by a faced paced work environment

Outbound Sales

We make calls on behalf of one of the largest cable TV companies in the country offering service upgrades to existing customers or new service to non-customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Challenged by high goals and expectations

Multiple customer service projects including: follow up with customers that called into our client's help desk, making sure their issue was resolved; follow up with customers about their service installs and basic troubleshooting.

Note: All these calls are to our client's existing customers who have requested followup.
